Systems, sites, and software that run your business.

Web & Software

The technical layer. Anything your business runs on, or that runs itself once we've set it up. Usually bought by companies losing hours to manual work, or by founders who need a product built properly the first time.

Custom tools, internal systems, and products built to last.

Software Development

We build the software your business actually runs on — internal tools, customer portals, booking systems, integrations between things that refuse to talk to each other. Written properly, documented, and handed over so you are never locked to us.

What's included

What you actually get.

  • Technical discovery and scoping document
  • System architecture and data model
  • Working application, built in staged releases you can review
  • Integration with your existing tools and data
  • Documentation and a handover walkthrough
  • Post-launch support window
  • TypeScript
  • React and Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS)
How it works

The process, with real timelines.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    1–2 weeks

We map what you do now, where the hours go, and what the system must handle.

    You provide
Access to current process and stakeholders
    We deliver
    Scope document and fixed estimate
  2. 02

    Architecture

    1 week

Data model, integrations, and a build plan broken into reviewable stages.

    We deliver
    Technical plan and staged timeline
  3. 03

    Build

    4–12 weeks

Staged releases. You see working software early and often, not at the end.

    We deliver
    Reviewable release at each stage
  4. 04

    Launch and handover

    1–2 weeks

Deployment, documentation, training, and a support window.

    We deliver
Live system, docs, and training session

What it costs

Straight answer on money.

Priced per project after discovery. Scale, integration count, and whether you need ongoing support move the number most.

Questions
Do we own the code?

Yes, entirely. Code lives in your repository under your account from day one, and handover includes documentation so another developer can pick it up.

Can you work with our existing system?

Usually. Most of our work involves integrating with something already in place rather than replacing it. Discovery tells us what is realistic before you commit.

You are a small team — what if you disappear?

Fair question. Everything is in your repository, documented, on standard technology rather than anything exotic. You are never dependent on us being available.

How do we know the estimate holds?

We do not quote before discovery. After discovery the estimate is fixed for the agreed scope, and scope changes are quoted separately before work starts.

Fast, findable websites that do a job, not just exist.

Web Development

Websites built to be found and to convert, not just to look current. Server-rendered for search, fast on a mid-range phone on mobile data, and structured so you can add pages without calling us every time.

What's included

What you actually get.

  • Sitemap and content structure
  • Responsive design implementation across all breakpoints
  • Server-rendered build for search visibility
  • CMS setup so you can edit content yourself
  • Analytics, search console, and conversion tracking
  • Performance and accessibility pass before launch
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Headless CMS
  • Core Web Vitals budget: LCP under 2.5s
  • WCAG 2.1 AA
How it works

The process, with real timelines.

  1. 01

    Structure

    1 week

Sitemap, page inventory, and what each page has to achieve.

    We deliver
    Sitemap and content plan
  2. 02

    Design

    1–2 weeks

Layouts for key templates, reviewed before anything is built.

    We deliver
    Designs for every page type
  3. 03

    Build

    2–5 weeks

Front end, CMS, integrations, and tracking.

    We deliver
    Staging site for review
  4. 04

    Launch

    1 week

Performance pass, accessibility check, redirects, go live.

    We deliver
    Live site and editing walkthrough

What it costs

Straight answer on money.

Page count, whether content is written or supplied, and integration complexity move the number most.

Questions
Can we edit it ourselves?

Yes. We set up a CMS and walk you through it. Adding a page or updating copy should never require a developer.

Do you write the content?

We can, through Content Creation, or we work from what you supply. Content is usually the thing that delays launch, so we agree it up front.

Will it rank on Google?

We build the technical foundation for it — server rendering, clean structure, schema, fast loads. Ranking also needs content and time; we will be straight with you about what the site alone can do.

What about hosting?

We deploy to your own account so you own it. Hosting costs are usually small and paid directly by you, not marked up through us.

Take the repetitive work off your team's desk.

AI Automation

We find the tasks eating your team's week — data re-entry, quote generation, enquiry triage, reporting — and automate them. Sometimes that needs AI. Often a well-built workflow is enough, and we will tell you which it is rather than selling you the expensive answer.

What's included

What you actually get.

  • Process audit identifying automation candidates, ranked by hours saved
  • Automation build and integration with your existing tools
  • Human-in-the-loop checkpoints wherever accuracy matters
  • Monitoring and failure alerts
  • Team training and documentation
  • Claude API
  • OpenAI API
  • Workflow orchestration
  • CRM and spreadsheet integrations
  • Webhooks and scheduled jobs
  • Monitoring and alerting
How it works

The process, with real timelines.

  1. 01

    Audit

    1 week

We shadow the actual process and count where the hours go.

    You provide
Access to the team doing the work
    We deliver
Ranked list of automation candidates with hours saved
  2. 02

    Pilot

    2–3 weeks

Automate one process end to end and measure it before going wider.

    We deliver
    Working automation and measured result
  3. 03

    Roll out

    3–8 weeks

Extend to the remaining processes that proved worth it.

    We deliver
    Live automations with monitoring
  4. 04

    Handover

    1 week

Training, documentation, and alerting so you can run it.

    We deliver
    Docs and training session

What we have done here.

What it costs

Straight answer on money.

Number of processes and integration difficulty drive cost. We recommend starting with one pilot so you can judge the return before committing further.

Questions
Will this replace our staff?

That is not usually what happens or what we recommend. It removes the repetitive part of a role so the same people handle more volume. We will say plainly if a process should not be automated.

How accurate is it?

Depends on the task. Anything where an error is costly gets a human checkpoint before it goes out. We design for that rather than pretending accuracy is total.

What does it cost to run?

API and infrastructure costs are usually small relative to the hours saved, and we show you the running cost during the pilot before you commit to more.

Do we need AI specifically?

Often not. Plenty of what looks like an AI problem is a workflow problem, and a plain automation is cheaper and more reliable. The audit tells us which.
